We are a diverse and highly skilled team, some of whom have been with the company since its beginnings, over 30 years ago. Darren has a wealth of experience in all facets of forestry operations having been in the industry for 30 years. He has a long history with Ernslaw One, spending the early part of his career with the company and then returning to the organisation more recently.

Blair joined Ernslaw One in April 2023 with a strong and diverse background in forestry over the past 20 years. In his current role as Regional Manager with Ernslaw, Blair leads forestry, harvesting and engineering operations in the East Coast region balancing commercial performance with safety and environmental compliance.

Originally trained as a civil engineer, Steve started in forestry as a roading engineer in 1994. He then became involved with harvest engineering and began to learn about the forestry industry from the ground up... literally.

Andrew is a Registered Forestry Consultant with approximately 25 years of forestry experience across a diverse range of roles from establishment through to wood processing and most things in between. He joined Ernslaw two years ago, bringing a raft of project management and delivery skills to Ernslaw and has been a key contributor to the continuous improvement strategy that has seen significant changes during his tenure.
