Ange has been in the forestry industry for more than 25 years and joined Ernslaw One in 2020.  She is responsible for the development and delivery of people policies and processes including leadership development, recruitment, induction, learning and development, coaching, performance and reward, organisational change, culture and talent succession initiatives in line with the company vision and business strategy.

Ange loves to travel having spent four years living and travelling in UK/Europe in her early working years and then having travelled to Japan, Alaska, Canada and the USA more recently.  She has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Auckland and is a certified HR Business Partner with the Corporate Leadership Council.

When not working, Ange enjoys spending time with family and friends, boogie boarding, jet skiing in the Coromandel and every now and then you might find her in a ‘tree’ pose at yoga.
