Ernslaw collects information in this Whistleblower/Complaints Process for the purpose of reviewing, investigating, making decisions/acting on the complaint made.  The collection of personal information is for the purpose of following up with the complainant to gain more information should an investigation be required.  This personal information will also be used to provide confirmation of decisions/actions/outcomes to the complainant if appropriate or required.  The information you provide will be securely and confidentially retained on an electronic filing system and will be accessed by those involved in reviewing/investigating/decision making the specific complaint.  This information is stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and you have the right to access, correct and update this information as necessary.  This information will be confidentially destroyed according to the companies document retention policy or as specified in any associated legislation, certification or industry accord.
