Blair joined Ernslaw One in April 2023 with a strong and diverse background in forestry over the past 20 years.  This is not his first rodeo, having previously worked with Ernslaw 20 years ago.  Since then Blair has worked across various roles including, Health & Safety, Harvesting Operations, Port Operations, Forest Operations, Fibre Procurement, Environmental management and as Regional Manager, gaining expansive knowledge of the forestry industry.  In his current role as Regional Manager with Ernslaw, Blair leads forestry, harvesting and engineering operations in the East Coast region balancing commercial performance with safety and environmental compliance.  A key component of the position is to ensure that all policies, procedures, and processes are being followed and that they are meeting or exceeding all legislative and industry standard requirements.
