Andrew is a Registered Forestry Consultant with approximately 25 years of forestry experience across a diverse range of roles from establishment through to wood processing and most things in between.  He joined Ernslaw two years ago, bringing a raft of project management and delivery skills to Ernslaw and has been a key contributor to the continuous improvement strategy that has seen significant changes during his tenure.  Andrew leads a fully hybrid team and is responsible for delivering nationwide geospatial, estate/tactical planning, forest planning and business improvement services. Responsibility extends to identifying the right technology platforms, tools, operating models and culture to deliver improved efficiency, cost, user experience, profitability and employee engagement for the FIS team.    He is also responsible for decision support for acquisitions and divestments, alternative business such as windfarms, bioenergy and solar power as well as research and development, land and legal and business improvement projects.  In his spare time, Andrew enjoys mountain biking, music and spending time with family.
